John Bobinger, of Brady's Bait House in Gulfport, Mississippi, lost his family-run bait stand when Hurricane Katrina hit. He has rebuilt his business, but many of the fisherman who were his customers have not returned.

Penn State Behrend students build a chain-link fence for Elda and James Williams of Biloxi, Mississippi on March 10. The Williams' home was destroyed by hurricane Katrina. On their gazebo is the water mark left by the surge of the storm which was about ten feet high.
